While working on her Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health, Amber Taggard, Owner and Founder of The Organizer Chicks, read a staggering statistic: The average person spends 17 minutes each day looking for things they’ve misplaced. 17 minutes! That’s nearly 2 hours each week, and over 4 full days of frustration and wasted time each year…all over something as preventable as disorganization.
It was at this point that Amber decided she wanted to use her Counseling Psychology background to help others reclaim their homes and spaces. To fight the clutter, find the calm, and take back their 17 minutes each day!

Amber and her husband of 16 years have three children, and they love living in Northwest Arkansas.
Lead Organizer, Devon Steinhour attended BYU-Idaho and has a degree in Communications, which lead her into a career in the Public Relations field. After starting her family, she spent time doing volunteer work throughout the community, and enjoyed organizing and planning events, before coming to work for The Organizer Chicks. She is a fan of the Benjamin Franklin quote, “A place for everything and everything in its place.” Her experience paired with her sunny disposition help to make her a great addition to The Organizer Chicks’ team.
Devon is the mother of 3 and has been happily married for 18 years. She is a Florida native who has learned to love NWA and all that this area has to offer her family.
